FYI Cal is fairly good field leader material, but not really team leader material - he'll do it if needed, but he'll also very happily let somebody more qualified step in (especially if that somebody is a woman what even Cal). AND he won't turn 18 until November next year.

When she turns 18, Noriko plans on asking JVX if they'd be cool with her still coaching them and training with them and stuff. She doesn't wanna abandon them! But she also really doesn't wanna keep on leading them, because she won't be a real member, if that makes sense. SO we'll see what happens? We can all talk about it via e-mail - I'll get that conversation started once we're set on the Vance front. :)
