Reading up on Cindy's power more, it sounds like she and Felix could be a very dangerous pair, if Cindy were to take on his "manipulating people for fun and profit and also no reason" abilities... but also have like, an actual moral compass which Felix is lacking. Maybe they should meet doing HFC things?
